Our objective is not only to fulfil all requirements of care to a high standard but to administer it in ways that are fashioned to your needs. We achieve this by assessing each client’s care requirements as determined by the client, their relatives or Social Services.
Jireh Care Services will work hand in hand with other health agents such as the district nurses, pharmacists, and doctors to execute high-standard care. Where necessary, all agents including care staff will be regularly notified of any changes to a client’s Care Plan and care requirements.
