This is the first step to the beginning of a beautiful relationship between our new potential clients, and the care agency.
2 - BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
This could be over the phone or in-person, whatever is most convenient for you. We will discuss the client's needs, service rates and the level of care required for the client.
3 - ASSESSMENT OF CLIENT NEEDS
A qualified accessor will make a visit and with your permission, conduct the necessary assessment. This is required to capture the entirety of your needs in order to administer the appropriate care.
